The star of the menu are undoubtedly the **buche**, or pork stomach, which have been described by satisfied customers as “the best I've ever tasted.” Paired perfectly with a squeeze of fresh lime and a fiery salsa, it promises to be a highlight of your meal. The **carnitas** are another must-try, tender and bursting with flavor, while the **patitas de puerco** (cooked pig feet) have garnered rave reviews; one visitor remarked that they were “the dish I liked the most.” For those seeking variety, you can also enjoy a delicious **torta de carnitas** or indulge in a refreshing **cocktail de camarón** that will transport you straight to coastal Mexico with every bite.
